About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing talent and experiential agency in Manchester to recruit a Talent Manager. In this pivotal position you will drive commercial growth for a curated roster of creators and personalities while delivering exceptional day‑to‑day support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and deliver paid and gifted brand partnerships that align with each talent’s long‑term goals.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle – schedules, travel, appearances, gifting initiatives and brand commitments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, broadcasters and media partners.
• Support talent platform growth, content opportunities and career development.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and commercial targets of the talent division.

Required profile

• Commercially‑minded with a proven track record of securing brand collaborations.
• Extensive network within the entertainment, media and brand partnership ecosystem.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Passionate about building long‑term talent careers rather than just closing deals.
