Team Leader – Block Management

About the role

Our client, a well‑established property management firm in London, is looking for an experienced Team Leader to support a team of Property Managers while handling a focused portfolio of blocks and estates. You will act as the first point of escalation, ensuring compliance, SLA delivery and continuous improvement across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a smaller, well‑defined portfolio of blocks and estates.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, handle escalations and resolve complaints for the Property Management team.
• Guide the team on regulatory compliance and best practice standards.
• Attend client meetings alongside team members when required.
• Oversee team cover, monitor attendance and contribute to performance appraisals.
• Report on team performance, SLA compliance and other metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing complex or challenging property developments.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed service level agreements.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable providing technical guidance on property management matters.
