About the role
The Body Shop is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to support store management in delivering retail excellence. You will help drive sales, ensure a memorable customer experience, and champion the brand’s ethical values.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer concerns promptly and share feedback with store management.
- Problem‑solve proactively using available resources.
- Support store layout, visual merchandising, inventory management and other operational tasks.
- Coach Customer Consultants to engage shoppers, promote campaigns and build loyalty.
- Assist in meeting sales and performance targets.
- Identify high‑potential candidates, support training and onboarding of new staff.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑facing role with a passion for beauty and retail.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Positive mindset and willingness to develop personally and professionally.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide appropriate solutions.
