Technical Marketing Intern – Analytics, Research & Automation

About the role

Outpostnow is building its marketing function from the ground up and needs a technically‑savvy intern to automate and scale its growth engine. You will work directly with the Marketing Manager and the founders, turning manual processes into data‑driven systems.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the weekly analytics scorecard, aggregating LinkedIn, web and content data into a single dashboard.
• Automate sales‑material creation, building reusable templates that replace manual Figma edits.
• Own on‑page SEO and AI‑search optimisation, creating long‑form guide pages that serve as search results, ad landing pages and credibility assets.
• Streamline content operations by automating drafting, formatting, scheduling and distribution across LinkedIn and the website.
• Develop a research radar for regulatory changes, competitor moves and viral trends, enriching target accounts automatically.
• Build a clean lead‑enrichment flow that connects marketing engagement to a lightweight CRM view.

Required profile

• Instinctively use AI tools, scripts or no‑code platforms to solve problems in hours rather than days.
• Have built a dashboard, scraper, automation or bot that you can share.
• Comfortable pulling APIs, wrangling spreadsheets and making numbers meaningful.
• Bias for action – you ship solutions rather than just observe.
• Fluent in ambiguity, turning vague gaps into working systems.
• Creative in service of building, always seeking the clever automated route.

Required skills

• Python or JavaScript programming.
• Experience with BI or dashboard tools.
• Web‑scraping and API integration (e.g., LinkedIn, analytics).
• Familiarity with no‑code automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Interest in fintech and growth engineering.
