Technical Solutions Consultant

About the role

Join LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Technical Solutions Consultant, helping businesses fight identity fraud while delivering smooth customer experiences. You will work closely with clients, sales, product, and technology teams to design, implement, and support identity verification solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and support colleagues.
• Deliver installation, implementation, and configuration support, keeping project plans up to date.
• Conduct data‑quality analysis to identify root causes of client issues and drive resolutions.
• Present technical concepts and product demonstrations to audiences of varying technical expertise.
• Offer third‑level support and own end‑to‑end issue resolution.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong independent work ethic with excellent time‑management abilities.
• Consultative mindset with active listening to understand client needs.
