Technology Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead complex, business‑critical initiatives that drive operational excellence and enable innovation across Product, Technology and Business teams. You will coordinate cross‑functional projects, support AI‑enabled solution adoption and ensure successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery, developing plans, roadmaps and executive reporting.
• Coordinate resources, priorities and dependencies across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal and other functions.
• Facilitate delivery governance, communicate status, risks and mitigation plans.
• Support release planning, deployment coordination and operational readiness.
• Assist incident management, drive post‑incident reviews and continuous improvement.
• Lead process optimisation initiatives to improve delivery effectiveness and AI adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive organisational change and adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Monitor delivery metrics, create data‑driven dashboards and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technology, product or operational projects in a PMO environment.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing dependencies.
• Background in release management, deployment planning and governance.
• Experience in incident management and driving process improvement.
• Ability to support organisational change and technology adoption, including AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven reporting experience.
