Technology Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing specialist recruitment agency in Birmingham. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home on Mondays and Fridays while spending the rest of the week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and nurture client relationships within the digital, software development, data, cloud and broader IT sectors.
• Source, interview and assess high‑quality candidates to match client requirements.
• Develop expertise in a chosen specialist vertical and expand the agency’s market presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology recruitment.
• Proven or strong potential in a 360° recruitment role.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
