Terraform Engineering Lead – Cloud Architect (Banking)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Terraform Enterprise Engineering Lead to own the design, implementation and evolution of a strategic Infrastructure as Code (IaC) capability for a large‑scale banking environment. As the technical authority for Terraform Enterprise, you will set standards, governance and reusable modules while driving adoption across infrastructure and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Terraform Enterprise.
• Define Terraform standards, reusable modules, governance and best practices.
• Integrate Terraform with GitLab CI/CD, Entra ID, CyberArk and VMware.
• Establish secure authentication, RBAC and access‑control models.
• Promote IaC adoption and infrastructure automation across engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Terraform Enterprise.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and VMware automation.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, SSO, SAML/OIDC and RBAC.
• CyberArk integration experience.
• Strong Linux/platform engineering expertise.
• Experience working in large, complex or regulated environments.
