Territory Manager – Independent Retail & Convenience Stores

About the role

Our client, a well‑established confectionery company supplying products to retailers nationwide, is seeking a personable and enthusiastic Territory Manager to oversee an existing portfolio of 450 independent retail and convenience stores across Manchester. The role is field‑based, fully autonomous and comes with a guaranteed OTE of £30,000.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 450 independent retail stores across Manchester.
• Visit 30‑35 stores each day, managing your own diary on a three‑weekly rotation.
• Negotiate and confirm new orders with each client.
• Deliver an exceptional experience and ongoing support to every store.
• Ensure product visibility and maintain tidy retail units.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales, retail or hospitality.
• Enthusiastic, personable and sociable attitude.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
