About the role

Join Delaware North UK as a Till Operator at the iconic London Stadium. In this casual, on‑site role you will be the face of our concessions, delivering first‑class guest service during a busy summer of sporting and entertainment events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive, friendly guest experience while promoting special offers and upselling food and beverage items.
• Operate the till efficiently, handling cash, card payments and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Maintain a tidy, organised and well‑stocked till area throughout each shift.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet sales targets and uphold Delaware North standards.

Required profile

• Resilient, reliable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and handle occasional alcohol and meat products.
• Availability to work flexible part‑time hours throughout the summer concert and sports season.

• Strong verbal communication skills.
