About the role
Join Tether’s Finance team as a Trading Operations Associate supporting a multi‑asset investment and treasury platform. You will work remotely while collaborating with global colleagues to ensure smooth trade processing, accurate reconciliations, and efficient digital‑asset workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Execute day‑to‑day trade operations across multiple asset classes.
- Perform reconciliations of cash, securities, and digital‑asset positions.
- Maintain and improve digital‑asset workflow processes.
- Identify and resolve operational exceptions and discrepancies.
- Assist in automating routine tasks to increase efficiency.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience in finance or trading operations, preferably with exposure to hedge‑fund environments.
