About the role

Join a fast‑growing technology recruitment agency as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Based in our new Manchester office, you will receive dedicated mentorship while building a career in a highly competitive sector.

Key responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of a chosen technology specialism.
Identify and engage new client organisations.
Source, screen and present top‑tier technical candidates to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.

Required profile

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self‑motivated with a drive to meet and surpass targets.
Customer‑service or sales experience is preferred.
Commitment to personal and financial success in a competitive environment.
