Training and Education Manager

About the role

The UK Clinical Research Facility (UKCRF) Network is seeking a Training and Education Manager to lead the design and delivery of training programmes, educational resources, and workforce development initiatives that support high‑quality clinical research across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes and educational materials for the UKCRF Network.
• Collaborate with CRF Directors, Managers, Education Leads and national stakeholders to create operational tools and guidance.
• Identify training needs, promote adoption of network resources and support workforce capability.
• Contribute to national initiatives aimed at improving study set‑up and delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training activities and continuously improve content.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training within a healthcare or research environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with senior clinical and non‑clinical leaders.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Commitment to enhancing workforce capability and promoting best practice.
