Training Delivery Lead

About the role

ConnectFutures is a Birmingham‑based social enterprise that equips young people with the skills to navigate online and offline pressures. The Training Delivery Lead will own the operational performance of the training function, ensuring that every session is well‑planned, resourced and delivered to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for private clients and funders throughout the project lifecycle, from scoping calls to final reporting.
• Maintain accurate project records in Monday.com, reflecting the status of all active engagements.
• Coordinate training bookings, logistics and facilitator support to guarantee smooth delivery.
• Provide regular updates to clients on evaluation results and progress, and manage funder queries at project close‑out.
• Collaborate closely with the Training Delivery Coordinator and Lead Facilitator to align administrative processes and delivery quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing training programmes or similar project‑based services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, funders and internal teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for youth development and a commitment to the mission of reducing online harms.
