Travel/Logistics Coordinator – Design/Architecture Consultancy

About the role

Established Design and Architecture Consultancy are looking for a well‑travelled, detail‑oriented Travel & Logistics Coordinator. You will own travel and logistics for a global team of designers and architects, handling the transport of delicate architectural models worldwide and, when required, travelling with pieces to ensure safe delivery. The role offers flexible hours (as early as 8 am or as late as 6:30 pm) with core coverage from 10 am‑4 pm and a hybrid schedule of four office days, plus occasional weekend or travel flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international travel bookings, visas, transfers and logistics for design and architecture teams.
• Plan and manage the safe transport of models to clients globally, solving challenges for oversized or fragile items.
• Travel with models when needed to guarantee secure delivery.
• Respond to last‑minute changes, including occasional weekend adjustments.

Required profile

• Well‑travelled with a genuine interest in travel.
• Strong knowledge of international travel logistics (airport layouts, visas, transfers, transport).
• Creative problem‑solver comfortable with logistics puzzles.
• Flexible and willing to handle occasional out‑of‑hours changes.
