TV & Digital Media Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven TV & Digital Media Analyst to join our London team. You will work on international campaigns for charities and NGOs, turning complex TV and digital data into actionable insights that improve performance and shape client strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse TV and digital campaign performance across multiple international markets.
• Centralise, benchmark and report on global digital results using Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Excel.
• Identify patterns, data issues and optimisation opportunities to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Build presentation decks and client‑facing reports that translate data into clear recommendations.
• Support forecasting, media planning and performance reviews.
• Develop knowledge of attribution methodologies and communicate them to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in digital analytics, performance marketing or media analysis.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and deliver insights.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with confidence communicating with clients.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
