UK Operations & Programme Manager

About the role

Adaptyv is launching its first UK laboratory in London in 2026, providing AI‑driven wet‑lab services for protein engineering and biotech research. As the UK Operations & Programme Manager, you will be one of the inaugural hires, working directly with the founders, the Head of UK Operations, and the Lausanne team to build a visible, organised, and customer‑focused operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UK customer operations, from onboarding to experiment submission and result delivery.
• Run strategic programmes and partnerships, managing milestones, reporting, partner reviews and deliverables.
• Coordinate events, community activities and collaborations with partners such as Anthropic and Boltz.
• Ensure the London lab is well‑organised, visible and easy to work with for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong interest in biotech, AI‑driven experimentation and the UK life‑science ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing, cross‑functional environment.
