Ultra High Net Worth Financial Advisor – Birmingham

About the role

This is a senior‑level opportunity for an experienced private‑banking adviser to create and lead a dedicated Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth (UHNW) division within a values‑driven wealth management firm. You will work with sophisticated HNW and UHNW clients, shaping bespoke financial planning services while enjoying autonomy over partnership choices and service evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning to HNW and UHNW clients.
• Review and optimise complex portfolios covering pensions, investments and protection.
• Leverage existing introducer relationships and develop new professional partnerships.
• Use planning and cash‑flow tools to illustrate long‑term strategies.
• Help shape and grow a specialist HNW proposition.
• Build and lead a focused HNW team as demand increases.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma‑qualified Financial Adviser.
• Proven experience advising HNW and UHNW clients with complex needs.
• Ability to bring introducer relationships and client connections.
• Desirable: background in private banking, discretionary wealth or similar environment.
• Desirable: Chartered status or working towards it.
