Valuations Manager

About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their Valuations and Modelling team, delivering valuations for accounting, tax and commercial purposes. The role covers business valuations, intangible assets and complex securities such as share options and warrants.
Key responsibilities
- Lead valuation projects from analysis through to reporting.
- Manage and mentor junior team members.
- Support business development and client proposals.
- Define project scopes and budgets.
- Build internal and external networks.
Required profile
- Strong valuation experience in a top‑tier advisory firm.
- Expertise in valuation methodologies and financial modelling.
- Experience with purchase price allocation (PPA), intellectual property (IP) and complex securities valuations.
- Team management experience.
- Degree‑qualified with CFA, ACA, CA or ACCA (or working towards).
