Vehicle Paint Sprayer

About the role

We’re looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team and play a key role in Activate Accident Repair. The role involves painting and prepping motor vehicles, ensuring high‑quality finishes and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and paint motor vehicles of all types, following safety and economic standards.
• Interpret technical instructions, use paint mixing schemes and operate drying equipment.
• Report any faults or defects observed during work and ensure vehicles meet safety standards before return.
• Achieve manufacturers’ estimated repair and paint times while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• ATA / NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Relevant industry experience as a repair technician.
• Good communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong health & safety awareness and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Paint mixing and colour matching.
• Vehicle paint preparation and surface finishing.
