Visual Commercial Manager – Ladies & Kidswear (London)

About the role

We are seeking In‑Store Visual Commercial Managers for Ladieswear and Kidswear to lead visual merchandising in a London Zara store. Reporting to the Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager, you will translate national product guidelines into store‑specific commercial strategies that drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and weekend commercial strategies aligned with country direction and store profile.
• Lead commercial actions, workshops and fast‑paced implementation.
• Analyse daily/weekly trading data to plan stock, newness launches and merchandising standards.
• Monitor trends and competitors, feeding insights to Store Director and national product teams.
• Utilise commercial tools (Ranking, Retail App, ITX stock, delivery app) to meet budgets.
• Manage destocking, capacity devolutions and maintain an active stockroom.
• Drive customer‑experience projects and associated KPIs.
• Develop and coach the team, promoting sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous fashion retail experience in a similar visual or commercial role.
• Proven record of creating and implementing successful commercial actions.
• Strong commercial mindset with solid numeracy, communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptable, tech‑forward attitude, resilient under pressure and results‑driven.
