Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

About the role

BLT Circuit Services Ltd, part of the AIM Solder group, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage shipping and receiving activities. The role ensures all material movements comply with transportation regulations and that documentation is accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods, weigh and verify against packing lists, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Prepare and file shipping documentation, ensuring traceability and stock control.
• Report discrepancies or damages and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Pack and label paste, drums, and pots; keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Support manufacturing teams, including production of fluxes, chemical products, solder, and plating jigs.
• Operate a forklift safely and assist with equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment handling shipping and receiving.
• Ability to lift loads up to ~22 kg and work safely in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
• Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility to multitask and adapt.
