Warehouse Operative – Counterbalance Licence

About the role
Join our client’s warehouse team in Sittingbourne as a Warehouse Operative. You will play a key part in ensuring goods are handled, stored and dispatched efficiently, using a counterbalance forklift and adhering to health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance forklifts to move and manage stock within the warehouse.
- Load and unload deliveries efficiently, checking and storing goods correctly.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory records and perform regular stock checks using the warehouse management system.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
- Valid Counterbalance licence.
- Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
Required skills
- Counterbalance forklift operation (licence required).
- Use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking.
