Warehouse Operative – Full-time in Birmingham

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join a well‑established logistics and manufacturing client in Kings Norton, Birmingham. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers a supportive environment with clear pathways for progression.

Key responsibilities

• Select items from warehouse locations using pick lists or scanners.
• Check product codes, quantities and sizes for accuracy.
• Locate blinds, parts or materials in storage racks safely and efficiently.
• Follow order priorities and deadlines, reporting any missing or damaged stock.
• Package parcels using appropriate materials and label them correctly.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and load them onto the appropriate areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, hardworking attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and willingness to follow health and safety procedures.
