Warehouse Picker – Night Shift (5:45pm)

About the role

The Warehouse Picker 1 works the night shift to keep product flow moving through the Central Hub’s Vertique system towers. You will ensure that discharge conveyors are stocked with the correct, undamaged product and that the system runs without jams.

Key responsibilities

• Fill and maintain thirty discharge conveyor lanes according to the lighting system priorities.
• Load only good‑condition product and keep rollers free of debris.
• Monitor conveyor status via radio and coordinate with forklift and system operators.
• Remove empty pallets, damaged cases, and shrink‑wrap to collection areas.
• Sort and log damaged items for recycling and inventory removal.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, sweeping, mopping spills, and disposing of trash.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food‑safety training requirements.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move pallets safely using proper techniques.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and report food‑safety concerns.
• Ability to communicate clearly via radio with team members.

Required skills

• Operation of the Vertique system lighting controls.
• Radio communication for coordination on the floor.
• Basic recycling and waste‑handling procedures.
