Windows Systems Administrator – Night Shift (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to join a leading international software business on a night‑shift schedule (10 pm – 6 am). The role is fully remote and includes on‑call rotation, supporting a 24/7 production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (90+ servers).
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, Mail, FTP and IIS services.
• Support VMware and SAN storage infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, respond to incidents and collaborate with other engineering teams.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and handle physical data‑centre tasks such as cabling and racking.
• Communicate events and status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Windows Server administration within a production environment.
• Familiarity with AWS EC2 and VMware virtualization.
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in on‑call duties.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication.
