About the role
The Workshop Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing and finalising projects within the Harvest Ave, Dyce Workshop, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints. The role involves acquiring resources, coordinating team members and third‑party vendors, and maintaining quality control throughout the project life‑cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Attend demob meetings with Service Excellence and assist with incoming inspection of ROV and tooling assets.
- Prepare budgets, detailed reports and present findings on damage, R&M, resource plans and completion dates.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks to scope and budgetary changes, seeking approval for deviations.
- Create, maintain and update project schedules, action registers and KPI dashboards.
- Organise in‑process and after‑action project reviews, walk‑abouts and close‑out meetings with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with quality, engineering and functional teams to exchange technical information and improve processes.
Required profile
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems used in offshore/subsea environments, especially ROV systems and tooling.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, processes and procedures.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Project management qualification (PMQ) or the ability to obtain one.
