Education Consultant

About the role

SCCD Training is looking for an Education Consultant to help shape the careers of aspiring teachers and support schools with their recruitment needs. You will work directly with trainees, schools and partners to deliver tailored advice, career guidance and training solutions that meet educational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations with teacher trainees to assess skills, aspirations and development needs.
• Design personalised career and training plans that improve employability and teaching effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and educational authorities to track recruitment trends and skills gaps.
• Proactively reach out to leads, convert inquiries into registrations and meet weekly/monthly KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities within the education sector and manage a strong pipeline of prospective learners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in education or teacher‑training consultancy, preferably within the UK.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire trainees.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume outreach (10+ booked appointments per day) and achieve monthly registration targets.
• Track record of generating revenue and managing lead pipelines to secure high‑value deals.
