Android Developer

About the role

We Love Alfa is looking for a senior Android Developer to shape and expand our consumer‑facing mobile applications. You will work on high‑scale fintech products that serve millions of users worldwide, turning innovative ideas into reliable, user‑friendly Android experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new features using Kotlin and the modern Android SDK.
• Ensure applications are performant, responsive, and meet high‑quality standards through testing and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with product designers to convert wireframes and mockups into pixel‑perfect mobile interfaces.
• Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and cross‑functional Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, integrating feedback and the latest Android development trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated Android development experience.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK.
• Proven experience delivering high‑scale B2C products (e.g., neobanks, super apps, delivery platforms, streaming services).
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to thrive in fast‑paced Agile environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
