Clinical Trial Assistant – Hands‑on Role in London

About the role

This full‑time, site‑based position in London offers a highly hands‑on Clinical Trial Assistant role with direct participant interaction throughout the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinical studies from start‑up through close‑out.
• Coordinate participant visits and day‑to‑day trial activities.
• Manage informed consent and participant documentation.
• Carry out protocol‑driven procedures and assessments.
• Support non‑invasive investigational treatments.
• Operate specialist imaging and photography equipment.
• Record study data and maintain accurate study records.
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, ISO 14155 and internal SOPs.
• Work closely with participants to provide a positive trial experience.

Required profile

• Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK on a long‑term basis.
• No need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Based within commuting distance of London or willing to relocate.
• Some exposure to clinical research, healthcare, or patient‑facing environments.
• Comfortable interacting directly with participants and performing practical trial procedures.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and confidence working within regulated protocols.
• Experience with ICH GCP is preferred but not essential.
