About the role
The Customer Service Associate will join Greystar’s London property team on a part‑time basis, working 20 hours per week. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality resident experience, supporting day‑to‑day property operations and contributing to occupancy and retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑of‑house service to residents, answering queries and handling complaints in line with Greystar’s procedures.
- Assist with property marketing activities, building maintenance coordination and tenancy administration.
- Support the planning and execution of resident events and community activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all residents.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Flexibility to work 20 hours per week on an onsite schedule.
