About the role

Sataya is recruiting an experienced Evening Housekeeper for a private ultra‑high‑net‑worth family residence in central London. The role is live‑out, full‑time and focuses on delivering impeccable evening service and household upkeep while maintaining the highest standards of discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate presentation of all rooms during evening hours, including specialist care for fine furnishings and personal effects.
• Provide turn‑down service tailored to the principal’s preferences.
• Deliver silver‑service table etiquette and butler‑standard hospitality to the principal and guests.
• Manage supply levels, flag household needs, and coordinate with the Head Housekeeper.
• Communicate proactively about maintenance issues, scheduling, and any other household matters.
• Offer flexible availability on weekends or when guests are present.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a private household setting, capable of managing evening operations independently.
• Strong housekeeping fundamentals with attention to fine furnishings and high‑level cleaning.
• Polished, professional demeanor with a warm, positive attitude.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of the principal’s privacy.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing hours and guest requirements.
