Graphic Designer – Hospitality Brands

About the role

Thesleff Group is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its Head Office team in Mayfair. You will help bring a portfolio of high‑end restaurant and hospitality brands to life across digital, print, social media, menus, and guest‑facing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality digital and print assets for multiple luxury hospitality brands.
• Create menus, marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support visual development and maintenance of brand websites, ensuring consistency and fresh creative ideas.
• Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with suppliers as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams on campaigns and projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, retail or premium consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management abilities.
• Confident collaborator who can work with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience using Figma for website assets and UX principles.
