Guest Services Ambassador

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Ambassador in the United Kingdom to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and a personal touch.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by answering inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Proactively assist guests, promote brand loyalty, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Act as the primary liaison for high‑profile or VIP guests.
• Represent the Marriott brand with professionalism at all times.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with relationship‑building expertise.
• Problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and adaptability skills.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and luxury service standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• High‑level organization, attention to detail and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest relations is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.

Required skills

• Basic office software proficiency.
