Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive will work directly with the founders of a fast‑growing wellness e‑commerce brand, helping to scale operations as the business enters a new growth phase. This hybrid role offers broad exposure across inventory management, product launches, supplier relations and operational strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with 3PL partners and suppliers.
• Coordinate inventory, deliveries and stock forecasting to support rapid growth.
• Support sourcing of suppliers and manufacturers, building strong operational partnerships.
• Assist with new product launches from sourcing through production.
• Track product costs and operational spend, identifying margin improvement opportunities.
• Help build scalable systems, processes and AI‑driven operational efficiencies.
• Partner with marketing teams to prepare for launches and promotions.
• Work closely with customer service and internal teams to communicate operational updates.
• Provide general support to the founders across wider business operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in operations, e‑commerce or supply chain.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data.
• Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving startup or challenger‑brand environment.
• Interest in AI tools and automation with a focus on efficiency.
• Collaborative communicator who enjoys cross‑functional work and ownership.
• Passionate about building meaningful consumer brands and scaling operations.
