Technical Trainer – AI Product (London, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality training programs that help clients adopt and maximise the value of our AI‑powered platform, nebulaONE®. You will work across cloud and AI projects, supporting change management and ensuring smooth technology transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver internal and client‑facing training sessions on nebulaONE®.
• Tailor training content and delivery methods to meet specific client needs.
• Lead interactive “promptathons” where participants build and refine AI prompts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create technical documentation, presentations and hands‑on exercises.
• Maintain UK training repositories and manage change‑management content.
• Conduct live demonstrations and hands‑on labs to illustrate concepts.
• Stay current with Microsoft and AI advancements to ensure accurate, relevant training material.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong passion for teaching and helping others succeed in cloud readiness.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for on‑site training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, IT or related field (preferred).
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and certifications such as AI‑900, AZ‑900 (preferred).

Required skills

• Microsoft product suite with emphasis on AI, SaaS and cloud technologies.
• Azure fundamentals (AZ‑900) and AI fundamentals (AI‑900) knowledge.
• Experience creating and delivering technical training materials.

• Competitive salary range £48,000‑£58,000 per annum.
