Account Manager – AWP (UK)

About the role

The AWP Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Zoomlion’s construction and heavy‑machinery solutions across the United Kingdom. The role involves building strong relationships with end‑customers, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers and partner companies, create and maintain up‑to‑date client records in the CRM system.
• Develop and nurture public relationships, ensuring reliable communication with key accounts.
• Identify business opportunities, follow up on orders and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collect project information, promote sales, and analyse competitor activity.
• Co‑create sales and implementation plans and work towards agreed sales targets.
• Participate in commercial negotiations for major projects to meet regional objectives.
• Support financing and collection activities as required.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of the UK market and experience with construction or heavy machinery such as AWP or forklift.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering (mechanical/electrical), international business or a related field.
• Ability to coordinate with leasing partners is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and effective communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
