Account Manager – Client Projects

About the role

We are looking for a social‑obsessed, highly‑driven Account Manager to join our branded content team. You will lead fast‑moving, social‑first client campaigns and ensure exceptional service that drives industry‑leading creative work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key brand partnerships day‑to‑day, delivering fast‑paced campaign work on a weekly basis.
• Oversee production and delivery schedules, working closely with the production team to execute on time and on budget.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, managing expectations and feedback with a solutions‑focused attitude.
• Chair briefing meetings to shape delivery strategy, balancing client, company and project needs.
• Accurately manage project finances, budgets, contracts and create statements of work.
• Drive reporting on campaign effectiveness, illustrating achievement of client KPIs.
• Collaborate with wider LAD teams to optimise workflow and lead weekly and quarterly business reviews for major clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex projects across social video and static content.
• Strong knowledge of social best practices, platforms and formats.
• Solid account and project management skills, including briefing teams, timeline creation, presentation development and cost management.
• Natural project leader comfortable building honest, trust‑based client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, confident presenting clear narratives internally and externally.
