Advisory Associate – Equity Research (EMEA)

About the role

Rogo is seeking an Advisory Associate to join its Equity Research Advisory team covering the EMEA region. You will work directly with research analysts and investors, helping them integrate AI‑driven solutions into their daily workflow and long‑term strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from pre‑sale through up‑sell, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos for research analysts and investors.
• Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Rogo’s AI solutions.
• Partner with marketing to develop content that resonates with analysts’ coverage universes and publishing workflows.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer,” feeding industry perspective back to sales and product teams.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors to strengthen market perception of Rogo.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sell‑side equity research experience.
• Executive engagement skills with the ability to build credibility at all decision‑making levels.
• Outstanding presentation abilities, both impromptu and formal demos.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform financial services.
• Sales or investor‑facing experience, including business development or relationship management with buy‑side clients.
