AI/Data Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms.
• Develop analytics and AI‑enabled solutions that support business decision‑making.
• Create and implement machine learning and generative AI models.
• Integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with analysts, product teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimise systems for performance, scalability and efficiency.
• Participate in testing, monitoring and quality‑assurance activities.
• Produce clear technical documentation and follow data‑governance and security best practices.

Required profile

• Experience as an AI Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Developer or similar.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience building data pipelines with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning or generative AI technologies.
• Exposure to frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or LangChain.
• Experience working with cloud‑based data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience delivering solutions within Agile environments.
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
