About the role
A Further Education College in East London is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Apprenticeship Business Development Officer to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and fostering strong relationships with industry partners. The position is full‑time, temporary with potential to become permanent and offers up to £24 per hour on‑site, five days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and promote the college's Apprenticeships.
- Utilise digital marketing tools and innovative outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organisational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners.
- Identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development within Apprenticeships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
