Be a leader for change at Oxfam Retail. We are seeking an inspiring, values‑driven Area Manager to oversee our shops across Oxfordshire and Warwickshire, blending commercial expertise with a passion for community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable growth across physical shops and online retail channels.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team of shop managers, staff and volunteers.
• Foster an inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and can thrive.
• Manage area budgets, monitor performance and deliver strong commercial results.
• Champion excellent customer and volunteer experiences throughout the portfolio.
• Support teams through change with clear communication, empathy and confidence.
• Build strong partnerships with internal support functions and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and future development of Oxfam Retail.

• Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed retail teams.
• People‑first leadership style that inspires trust, collaboration and accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results through others and managing budgets across multiple sites.
