Area Sales Manager – Water Coolers

About the role

The Area Sales Manager – Water Coolers will work hybrid (home or London office) and in the field to sell a premium range of water coolers across the UK. This new‑business development role aims to generate £500,000 in turnover, serving wholesalers, resellers and direct end‑users such as schools, logistics firms and sports stadia.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve a £500,000 annual turnover target.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities nationwide.
• Sell water‑cooler solutions to wholesalers, resellers and direct end‑users.
• Manage small deals (£1,000‑£3,000) via phone or email and larger contracts (£3,000‑£15,000) face‑to‑face.
• Maintain a hybrid work schedule, balancing remote activities with field visits.

Required profile

• Strong sales character and charisma with a hunger for new business.
• Experience selling premium brands, preferably in a reseller/wholesale or direct‑to‑customer channel.
• Based in or near a major conurbation.
• Excellent commercial acumen and IT literacy.
• Resilient, hard‑working and able to build business relationships.

What we offer

• Base salary of £45,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission potential of up to £20,000 plus a guaranteed first‑quarter bonus.
