Asia Travel Consultant – Tailor‑Made Tours

About the role

Join a luxury independent tour operator specialising in Asia and help create unforgettable, bespoke holidays for clients. You will work hybrid, spending three days a week in the South London office, and will be responsible for the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to post‑trip feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Design and sell tailor‑made tours across South‑East Asia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and the Maldives.
• Take ownership of the entire holiday process, including bookings, itineraries and client follow‑up.
• Book flights and all travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas for product development, focusing on assigned country or countries.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in travel sales and holiday booking.
• Strong knowledge of Asian destinations, especially Sri Lanka, Laos and/or Vietnam.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Professional telephone and email communication skills.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary between £33,000 and £36,000 per year.
• Individual bonus up to £4,000 and team bonus up to £3,000, plus potential year‑end bonus.
• Hybrid working model (3 days onsite in South London).
• Monday‑Friday schedule with one Saturday per month.
