About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑paced, trend‑focused footwear store in London. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in a high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in running a busy footwear retail outlet.
• Drive sales performance and consistently meet key KPIs.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect current trends.
• Support recruitment, training and development of the store team.
• Oversee stock control, replenishment and efficient store operations.
• Create an engaging, energetic shopping environment aligned with the brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail assistant manager or similar role, preferably within footwear or fashion.
• Strong passion for footwear trends and fast‑moving fashion.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
