Main Missions

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and a high-quality dining experience.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring consistency in food quality and service standards.
• Drive profitability through meticulous cost control, specifically focusing on GP (Gross Profit) and Labour costs.
• Support the General Manager in administrative tasks and team development.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced Assistant Manager or Supervisor from a QSR, bar, restaurant, or catering background.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and inspire motivated teams.
• Results-oriented professional with a keen eye for financial performance and cost management.
• Passionate about food quality and providing a premium customer experience.
