AV Project Manager – Corporate & Hospitality AV Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑spec audio‑visual installations for corporate, hospitality and commercial environments. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee AV projects ranging from £200k to £2 million.
• Coordinate permanent staff and freelance installation engineers.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering high‑spec AV installations in corporate, hospitality or commercial settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Eligibility to work legally in the UK.
