B2B Energy Sales Executive – Birmingham City Centre

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new office in Birmingham city centre and need a driven B2B Energy Sales Executive to hit the ground running. You will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing deals – within a fast‑growing energy consultancy. Leads are provided Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by outbound calling and prospecting.
• Present and pitch energy solutions to B2B clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract signing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or B2B sales experience.
• Confident outbound caller with proven ability to pitch and close deals.
• Target‑driven, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
