About the role
We are partnering with a top‑tier international law firm to recruit a Banking & Finance Solicitor. The team advises a diverse range of lenders, corporates and sponsors on financing transactions such as leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset‑based lending.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality legal advice across the full remit of banking and finance matters.
- Develop and maintain expertise on banking and finance issues.
- Autonomously manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Participate actively in business development and nurture client relationships.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Solid grounding in banking and finance law.
- Personable, collaborative and proactive attitude toward professional development.
- Excellent technical ability and drafting skills.
