About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Glasgow as a Barista, delivering great coffee and memorable experiences to customers. You’ll work flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends, bringing energy, warmth and skill to every service moment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve great coffee and provide an energising customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness.
- Master the menu and ensure smooth operation of the store.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive with a can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
